The Swallowcourt Group have been granted planning permission to build 18 luxury apartments overlooking St Michael's Mount

The Group have been working for over two years on an exciting development for Ponsandane. We were delighted to hear at the end of 2009 that the Planners have finally granted permission. The development will involve the creation of a new wing of twenty five large bedrooms, all with ensuite wet rooms. Once completed the old wing will be demolished and in its place there will be eighteen high quality independent living apartments for the over 55’s, creating the finest care village complex in west Cornwall.
