Our Home Managers, nurses and carers are dedicated to ensuring residents retain the choices and autonomy they deserve, whilst being fully supported in a secure and caring environment.
	Our staff will endeavour to ensure that any distress caused by adapting to living in care is minimized, with particular attention paid to protecting privacy and dignity.
	Our staff are extremely important, not only to us, but to our residents who form strong bonds with their carers. The Swallowcourt Group minimise staff turnover by providing an enjoyable working environment and a comprehensive training programme facilitating progression and development.
	We believe that living in a care home should not prevent people from being part of the wider community. As well as building friendships with staff and others, we support our residents involving themselves with the local community and strongly encourage regular visits from friends and family who are welcome to visit at any reasonable time they wish.
	It is extremely important to us that our residents have real enjoyment of life and our Recreational Co-ordinators ensure that all residents have regular access to a varied programme of activities and entertainment.
